Cinnamon Chicken Salad

This salad is refreshing on a hot summer day. The addition of cinnamon and cloves gives this chicken salad a unique flavor.

Dressing
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fat-free plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt (optional)

2 cups cooked and cubed chicken or turkey
1 cup seedless grapes
1/2 cup sliced celery
8 large lettuce leaves

Mix the dressing ingredients and set aside. Combine chicken, grapes, and celery in a medium bowl. Add dressing and toss. Serve on lettuce leaves.

Makes 4 cups; 4 servings
